OFFICE REMOVALS ESTIMATES

We will arrange a free on-site estimate, where our office removal consultant will assess your requirements. Following the survey a quotation will be given and there is no obligation. This estimate includes a list of packing materials and volume of furniture.

WEEKEND AND NIGHTSHIFTS

We also offer an evening or weekend service, to ensure minimal disruption to your business.

REMOVAL TEAMS

Each office removal team consists of a team leader, drivers and porters. Team leaders liaise with you, in the supervision of the team, thus ensuring an efficient removal.

WORKER DRIVERS

Our employees secure the load using rails, transit blankets, and webbing, which protect the furniture in transit. Under the supervision of the team leader, porters carry the office furniture, and load/unload according to given instruction.

DISMANTLING AND REASSEMBLING

Where access is limited, our staff will dismantle office furniture, which will be reassembled at the new office location.
In addition to reassembling, office furniture will be set according to your floor plan specifications. Prior to completion of all removals, the team leader will accompany you to ensure satisfaction.

CRATES AND PACKING MATERIALS

During the consultation, our representative will assess an approximate amount of crates, computer crates, and any other packing materials which will be required for the removal. Edinburgh Removals will also arrange the delivery, and collection of any packaging on suitable dates.

 

ORGANISING YOUR CLEARANCE

Once you have contacted us by email or phone, we will take your name, address and description of the clearance allowing us a brief idea of your requirements. We will then agree a time suitable for a consultant to visit and give you a free quotation.

BOOKING YOUR CLEARANCE

On acceptance of our quote, we will then arrange a time and date to carry out your house clearance. Should you require us to liaise with your Lawyer, or Solicitor to arrange the collection of keys to access the premises in your absence? We can collect and return keys at our client’s request.

THE HOUSE CLEARANCE

Our experienced team will meet you at the agreed time, if necessary. The clearance leader will instruct the team, and in a systematic fashion to begin the clearance of your goods. You may wish to oversee the clearing of some goods, and our staff will be more than happy to assist. Our team will work with the utmost discretion, have the premises cleared promptly, and tidily, leaving nothing missed. If you should require your carpets cleared, and recycled, please inform us, and we will duly oblige. After the team leader has inspected the property, if you wish, we will check around the premises, and walk with you checking that all work is carried out to a satisfactory standard as instructed.
